At UNDR, we want you to love your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

Within 24 Hours

We understand that finding the perfect fit isn't always easy. If your item doesn't fit, we're happy to offer an exchange within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or any other signs of use.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
The exchange request must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and shipping the replacement, unless the exchange is due to our error.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, hosiery, adult toys, and other intimate products cannot be exchanged, unless they are faulty or you received the wrong item.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only available if:

You received the wrong item.
Your item arrived damaged or defective.
Your order cannot be fulfilled due to an error on our part.

Issue Description

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For hygiene reasons, UNDR reserves the right to refuse an exchange if an item shows any signs of wear, washing, damage, perfume, makeup, or body lotion, or if the hygiene seal (where applicable) has been removed.
